Order Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by completing cancellation form below or calling Wall Street Business Center customer service 877.223.3108 to make a cancellation request. Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped (missed cancellation window), you may still return your order to Wall Street Business Center by following the directions under the Returns & Replacements section below. We strongly recommend customers refrain from refusing delivery of unwanted orders, as they will be charged a 25% restock fee and for both the outbound and return shipping charges associated with that order. These charges will be deducted from any order refund amount. We can not guarantee the final disposition of any orders where the customer or recipient has refused delivery.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. All products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse and ARE NOT shipped back to the Wall Street Business Center business address. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund. Some manufactures' return policies include up to a 25% restock fees on returned items, please contact your sales team to obtain more information. You may receive your refunded sooner than mentioned depending on the product which is returned.

WSJ.US.COM products may be returned under the following terms:
· Unfortunately, in order to avoid abuse of our intellectual property, WSJ.US.COM can only accept returns in limited cases such as duplicated orders, or incorrect equipment.
· Products purchased from sources other than WSJ.US.COM (for example: local retailer / reseller, mail order, internet electronic reseller and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your product back without receiving an RMA Number. Products returned without an RMA Number will not be credited back. Our warehouses do not accept items without a valid RMA Number and WSJ.US.COM cannot be held responsible for lost items.
What are your Product Return Guidelines?
WSJ.US.COM products may be returned under the following terms:
· All returns to WSJ.US.COM must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number).
· Packages sent to WSJ.US.COM without an RMA number will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
· Returned product must include all related media and manuals. The software must be uninstalled from your computer and any storage devices, and you must delete any backup copies.
What is an RMA number, and how do I get one?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact Customer Service at the Phone numbers below. For International orders, please contact the Customer Service Center listed for your country.

· RMA instructions with shipping information and an RMA number will then be sent to you by e-mail.
· All approved returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date the product is received by WSJ.US.COM. Failure to include all media, material and information required may result in the refund being delayed or denied.
Note: To initiate the RMA process, please provide WSJ.US.COM with proof of purchase within the 30 day time-frame (WSJ.US.COM receipt, credit card statement, invoice or bank statement) as well as your customer contact information. WSJ.US.COM will be happy to note the reason for your return so we can provide better products for you in the future.
Which products cannot be returned?
Product NOT ELIGIBLE for Returns
· OEM software (purchased separately or pre-loaded on a personal PC by PC manufacturer).
· Product obtained through WSJ.US.COM's CLP licensing program. (Please check with your reseller/distributor for their return policy).
· Trial evaluation software.
· Reseller/Retailer and Contractor product returns (Please co-ordinate your returns request with the WSJ.US.COM Value Added Reseller (VAR) program).
· Product obtained as Not For Resale Product.
· Products within the WSJ.US.COM family for which the dongle requires a Key Code to unlock features.
